Conference Registration
SACS Software 2025 User Conference will be held at the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. The cost is $470.00 per attendee. Conference registration ends on September 15, 2025. You will receive a five percent discount for registrations paid before March 31, 2025. No refunds will be issued after September 15, 2025.

Hotel Reservations
Reservations must be made on or before September 15th, 2025. After this date, the group rate is not guaranteed. Please note: the Sandestin room block is now full. However, SACS has reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Effie, which is conveniently located adjacent to the Baytowne Conference Center.
